Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of EatFoodNow, including generated restaurant websites, account tools, custom domains, and optional online ordering features.
Using EatFoodNow
EatFoodNow helps restaurant owners generate editable websites from uploaded menus. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the restaurant, business, or website you create or manage.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in email and magic links secure and for all activity under your account or edit links.
Your content
You keep ownership of menus, business details, trademarks, photos, text, and other content you provide. You give EatFoodNow permission to host, copy, display, modify, process, and transmit that content as needed to create, operate, improve, secure, and support the service.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and publish the content you provide. Do not upload content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, harmful, or unnecessarily contains sensitive personal information.
Generated websites and accuracy
AI extraction can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing generated menus, prices, allergens, hours, addresses, policies, and other restaurant information before publishing or relying on them.
Restaurant owners are responsible for their own food safety notices, allergen disclosures, licenses, permits, taxes, consumer notices, accessibility obligations, promotions, menu availability, and compliance with laws that apply to their business.
Online ordering and payments
When ordering is enabled, payments are handled through Stripe-hosted checkout and the restaurant's connected Stripe account. EatFoodNow does not store full card numbers.
The restaurant is responsible for accepting, preparing, fulfilling, refunding, cancelling, and supporting orders, and for all taxes, fees, chargebacks, customer service, and legal obligations related to its sales. EatFoodNow may route order details and notifications so the restaurant can fulfill paid pickup orders.
Custom domains and third-party services
If you connect a custom domain, you must own or control that domain and authorize EatFoodNow and its providers to configure the records needed to route traffic.
EatFoodNow relies on third-party services such as hosting providers, Redis providers, Google Gemini, Stripe, Resend, authentication providers, and Cloudflare. Your use of features connected to those services may also be subject to their terms and policies.
Prohibited use
- Do not use EatFoodNow for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, harassing, malicious, or security-harming activity.
- Do not attempt to bypass authentication, edit another restaurant's website without permission, scrape non-public systems, interfere with service operation, or overload the service.
- Do not use EatFoodNow to publish content or sell products that you are not legally allowed to offer.
Changes, suspension, and deletion
EatFoodNow is currently offered as an early, free service. We may change features, introduce limits or paid plans, suspend access, remove content, or discontinue parts of the service when needed for operations, security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or product changes.
You may delete your restaurant website or request deletion of eligible personal information as described in the Data Deletion Policy.
Disclaimers and liability
EatFoodNow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free output, revenue, search ranking, legal compliance, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, EatFoodNow and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.
Updates and contact
We may update these terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. Continuing to use EatFoodNow after an update means you accept the revised terms.
